Katie's National Junior Honor Society

The ceremony was beautiful last night. I picked Katie up from school and took her to Brianna's new shop. Bri spent 2 hours making Katie beautiful. Thanks Bri!

Katie wore a new dress her dad bought her and her great-great-grandmother's crystal necklace that I wore when JR and I got married.

I can't thank everyone ENOUGH for coming to this special ceremony last night. Linda, Brenda, Jaimie, Janae, Bonnie and Brooklyn - you really made it special. We had a lot of fun going through the book finding our names. We found Marlin, me, Brenda, Jennifer, Vickie, Jaimie, Jacob, Steven and Brianna.

End School of Events

Both Joe and Katie have a busy month ahead.

Joe will be confirmed at Peace Lutheran Church in Cottonwood on Sunday, May 4 at 9:00 a.m.

His 8th grade graduation is on Thursday, May 22nd in the gym. We don't know the time yet but it's probably at 7:00.

Katie has been inducted into the National Junior Honor Society which will be held on Thursday, April 17th at 7:00 p.m. Do any of you former inductees still have your pin? A group picture would be fun!

If anyone will be in the Phoenix area this weekend, Katie has another volleyball tournament at Dysart High School, beginning at 2:00 p.m. I can guarantee you that you will be THRILLED at these games because all the teams play outstanding. Katie is recovering from an ankle sprain but we bought her some special ankle braces to help her. Sprained ankles must be a "Reay" thing...........

Steven and the KIDS

After John coached Joe and won the CHAMPIONSHIP BASKETBALL GAME on Saturday, we ran into Steven and the kids. They came over that night for a barbeque and a game of murder basketball. Devin was here and helped entertain Steven and his family.
